You retain ownership of work you upload. By publishing, you grant Odeitt a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, display, resize, moderate, and promote that work as needed to operate and explain the service.
Only share work you can publish
Do not upload work that you do not own or have permission to share. Do not use another artist's work, name, likeness, or event details in a misleading way.
Report infringement
Email copyright@odeitt.com with your contact details, the work or rights involved, the relevant Odeitt URL, a good-faith explanation, and a statement that the information is accurate. We may request additional information before taking action.
Review and appeals
We may restrict or remove content while reviewing a credible rights complaint. The uploader may contact support@odeitt.com to explain their position. We will keep an internal record of notices and decisions.
