Request deletion
Email privacy@odeitt.com from your account email address with the subject 'Account deletion request' and your Odeitt username. Do not send your password. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
What deletion is intended to do
Deletion is intended to disable the account and remove the account profile and public content associated with it, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, moderation, and backup-retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
Before you request deletion
Download or save any work you want to keep. Deletion may be irreversible after processing. Removing an account may not remove information that another user has independently copied or referenced outside Odeitt.
Mobile-app readiness
Before the mobile apps launch, account deletion will also be available from inside the signed-in app. The web request route remains available for users who cannot access the app.
